As a Licensed Dual Agent in the state of New York, I also represent sellers as a sellers agent, also sometimes referred to as a "listing agent". In contrast to a buyer’s agent, a listing agent has the sellers best interest at heart. Their interest you ask? Well that of course would be getting them the most value for their home in the least amount of time!
As a listing agent, my number one priority is getting your home sold. I do this in a variety of ways. One being, utilizing powerful marketing strategies that allow thousands of people to see your home online. The digital real estate market is so expansive yet many agents don't use it to its full potential. Many old school agents list it on the MLS and wait for buyers agents to bring them a buyer. I constantly market your home so that its guaranteed to be seen by thousands. The more exposure your home receives on the market the larger the buyer pool will be for your home. It's all about getting people to your front door which leads to more interest, offers, and in turn gives you leverage to select the highest and best offer on the table.

Home Showings
Throughout the years of helping my clients, I have toured hundreds of homes along the way. When you take interest in a home you like, I'll be there to identify any potential issues with the homes we visit, run reports (CMA) to see if its listed at the appropriate price, help you compare the pros and cons of each home, and help advise you in anyway that I can.
Most people will see a dozen or more properties before purchasing. I will coordinate all the showings, grant you access, and provide you with all the important details and features of the home. In addition, I will discuss all the highlights of the neighborhood and what it has to offer... shops, restaurants, entertainment, transportation, schools, parks, etc.

Renting
A quick recap of what it means to rent, this is an agreement where a payment is made for the temporary use of property owned by another. A gross lease is when the tenant pays a flat rental amount and the landlord pays for all property charges regularly incurred by the ownership.
The process of renting a house, or an apartment is quite similar. When you rent, the owner or landlord will have the prospective tenant fill out a rental application and go through the process of verifying financial information such as credit score, annual income, debt to income ratio, and the occasional background check or prior tenant history screening. Once the owner reviews the application and determines whether or not you meet their requirements, they will either accept or reject your application.
